2011 Calendar Contest Who will be the next COVER DOG?! This is a people's choice contest, each vote is $1.00, the picture with the most votes will be our coverdog! All funds raised will go directly to the rescue to help weims in need. Voting ends Thursday September 9th at 9:00 pm central time. The top 12 finalists will be featured in the calendar. Baron was turned into a Louisiana shelter with burns down his entire back. At this point we do not know if the burns were caused from gasoline or a chemical. We are working on getting Baron the medical care he will need. We will post updates as we learn more. Please consider making a donation to help us with his long term medical care. Foster homes are a critical part of our success as a rescue group. As a foster home you would provide a loving, stable environment for a rescued dog until he/she is adopted. We are often forced to board some of these dogs due to the lack of foster homes. This is a tremendous financial burden on the rescue, not to mention the stress it causes for the dogs.
